    • To be a legal Entity (Persona Física con Actividad Empresarial or Persona Moral).

    • Have a Banamex Check Account in pesos (except Perfiles) active.

    • Legible copies of the Official Identification in force of the Legal Authorizer(s) —(Persona Moral)— or of the holder of the Account —(Persona Física con Actividad Empresarial)—.  The official Identifications accepted by the bank are: Official ID, Passport, Professional Decree.

    • Fill in the documentation according to your needs and deliver it signed in your branch office, directly to your Banamex Express promoter or relation executive:

      This request contains the following:

      Note. We recommend you to do the updating in the information of the bank if you carried out some change in your data and you have not notified it.

      		 With this request you appoint the users and the entitlements of each one in your Electronic Banking.

      Account Registration/ Remove Request

      (OR-V-2955)

      You can incorporate your own accounts (same Legal Name) and third parties accounts (different Legal Name), under different client numbers to your Electronic Banking.

      To the own accounts (same Legal Name) you will be able to carry out balance Inquires, Withdrawals and Deposits.

      To the Third Parties Accounts (different Legal Names) you will only be able to carry out Deposits.

      Third Parties Accounts incorporation as Own to the Electronic Banking

      (OR-V-3022)

      With this format, you can incorporate Third Parties Accounts (different Legal Names) as own, only if the third party signs the format, with which you will be able to carry out Deposits, Balance Inquiries and Dispositions to these accounts.

      Entity (Persona Moral). They can only incorporate accounts of other Moral People.

      Entity (Persona Física con Actividad Empresarial)l. They can only incorporate additional cards and reinstatements.

Electronic Funds Transfers

With this service, you can carry out Massive Payments of information (EFT Payments) and dispersion of payroll (EFT Pagomático).

In the Unique Request you should enter the data of the product.

Furthermore:
You can hire the cards Pagomático, to which you can do the Dispersion of Payroll for your employees. Only include the Request Contract of the Service Pagomático OR-V-3902 with all your data.

Funds Concentration

With this service you can automate your services of collection to your paying Clients.

In the Unique Request you should enter the information of the product and of the concentrating account (Branch Office Number and Account, Validation References).

Electronic Payment Service

With this service you can speed up your collection using the branch offices infrastructure and electronic banking of Banamex using payment tickets.

In the Unique Request enter the information of the product and obtain the SEO —Operation Specification Request— (OR-V-2905) describing the forms of operation. 

Direct Debit

With this service you will be able to carry out two functions:

a)

To assure the Recurrent Payments, for example CFE, TELMEX through automatic charges in your Check Account.

b)

To automate the collection to your Paying Clients.

In the Unique Request enter the information of the product and  obtain the SECAB —Service Direct Debit Banamex— (OR-10-1675) with the necessary data for the service.

Digitem

You can emigrate your BancaNet Empresarial service to Digitem and vice versa.

Fill in the Digitem Unique Request in the gap “Product/Service” with all your data.


      IMPORTANT:

      • All the formats include its instructions (except Unique Request, that considers it separated).

      • Remember that the bank has your data stored in its systems for account states shipment, cards, etc. If you do not update your information you could stop receiving benefits and informative documents.
